ACTS (All Christians Together Serving) met at the Ruritan Building for a BBQ dinner and the sides and then had a great evening of worship led by Rev. Logan Brindle.
Logan was one of the worship leaders at the Asbury Outpouring Revival in 2023. The Asbury Outpouring was a historic spiritual awakening characterized by continuous worship, prayer, and repentance. It began on February 8, 2023, at Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky, and lasted for 16 days. The event drew the attention of mainstream media all over the country.
The morning of February 8, a group of young adults felt the need to stay in the Chapel following morning worship. They called it an Outpouring because the Holy Spirit poured out on all present. And people from all over the country came to experience the peace that passed all understanding.
Logan was inspired to write songs based on the Outpouring event. While sharing about the event and singing her songs, Logan showed us what it means to be filled with the Joy of the Lord.
