Pastor Jadon Olsen will be joining the Silk Hope family in June, 2026. But we got a chance to meet him and his fiancée, Kelsi Howard during the holidays.
Jadon is currently finishing his education at Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY. He is already an Ordained Deacon in the NC Global Methodist Conference and will be ordained as an Elder in the NC Conference in June, 2026. He is currently serving as pastor of Port Royal Methodist Church in Kentucky. He will be with us starting in June, 2026.
Jadon is a fourth generation Methodist pastor. His family lives in North Carolina, so he will be coming back home. And he is bringing his fiancée, Kelsi Howard with him. They will be married in June, 2026. They will make their home in our parsonage as they share their lives with us.
During our time today we had a chance to get to know them both share some great food and showed them both churches and the parsonage. We are blessed and excited to welcome them to our church families and look forward to being in ministry together.
